重慶江北機場 T3B 航站樓大廳屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)提升施工技術

摘要:

重慶江北機場 T3B 航站樓大廳屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為異形三維曲面造型焊接球網(wǎng)架. 由于周邊飛機不停航,且由于構(gòu)造復雜、結(jié)構(gòu)高差大、跨度大、桿件數(shù)量多,給屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工帶來很大挑戰(zhàn). 基于方案探討和專家論證,提出一種優(yōu)化施工方案:大廳鋼屋蓋劃為 7 個提升分區(qū),每個分區(qū)在樓面拼裝為提升小分塊,通過二次及多次累積提升進行施工. 施工前運用 BIM 技術進行工序預演,并采用 3D3S,MIDAS Gen 軟件進行數(shù)值模擬分析,為施工的準確性和安全性提供有力支撐.

The steel structure of terminal T3B hall roof of Chongqing Jiangbei Airport is a special-shapedthree-dimensional curved welded spherical grid. Due to the non-stop flight of the surrounding aircraft,plus its complex structure, large structural height difference, large span, large number of rods and otherfactors,it brings great challenges and difficulties to the roof steel structure construction. Based on schemediscussion and expert evaluation , this paper proposes an optimized construction scheme, the steel roof ofthe hall is divided into seven lifting zones, each zone is assembled into small lifting blocks on the floor,and the construction is carried out through secondary and multiple cumulative lifting. Before construction,BIM technology is used for process rehearsal, and 3D3S, MIDAS Gen software are used for numericalsimulation analysis to provide strong support for the accuracy and safety of construction.
