基于荷載重分布的小箱梁承載力提升技術研究

摘要:

由于傳統的橋梁加固方法對原梁體有較大傷害、施工周期長等弊端,探索了對原梁體無損壞的基于荷載重分布的橋梁承載力提升方法,并在石川河大橋加固中實施,闡明了新增鋼板梁與原梁組合基本原理,鋼板梁預拱度、鋼板梁頂升實現恒載重分布的方式,新增鋼板梁與原梁橫坡、縱坡的自適應調節,提出基于荷載重分布的橋梁承載力提升施工工藝流程及施工要點。

Due to the disadvantages of traditional bridge reinforcement methods, such as great damage tooriginal girder and long construction period, a method is explored for improving the bearing capacity ofbridge based on load redistribution without damage to original girder,which is applied successfully in thestrengthening of Shichuan River Bridge. In the paper, there are expounded such as the basic principle ofthe combination of the new steel plate girder and the original girder, the pre-camber of the steel plategirder, the way to realize the dead load distribution by the steel plate girder lifting, and the self-adaptiveadjustment of the transverse and longitudinal slopes of the new steel plate girder and the original girder,the construction process and key points are introduced in detail about the bridge bearing capacityenhancement based on load redistribution.
