深水大流速易沖刷地質橋梁鉆孔平臺設計及汛期施工分析

摘要:

池州長江公鐵大橋 3 號主墩靠近長江主航道,水深、流急,覆蓋層為粉砂和細圓礫土,易被沖刷。其主墩為埋置式承臺,樁基為大直徑超長鉆孔樁,采用超大超重設備鉆孔作業。主墩鉆孔平臺需在汛期搭設,其設計施工難度極大。通過方案比選,確定鉆孔區平臺采用護筒受力形式,非鉆孔區平臺采用直樁+斜樁+錨樁形式;根據工期安排及水文條件變化,對平臺在汛期安裝施工進行各階段計算分析,為現場施工提供理論依據,確保平臺順利搭設、安全度汛及鉆孔作業正常施工。

The No. 3 main pier platform of Chizhou Yangtze River Highway-railway Bridge is close to themain channel. There is deep water with high current velocity and geology prone to erosion here. The mainpier cap is embedded,and the foundation is a group of ultra-long bored piles with large diameter. It needshuge and overweight equipment for drilling operation. The main pier drilling platform needs to be erectedduring the flood season. Its design and construction are extremely difficult. After scheme comparison,Thisengineering uses steel casing as the platform foundation for the drilling area, and uses straight piles,inclined piles and anchor piles as the platform foundation for non drilling areas. According to the scheduleand changes in hydrological conditions,this paper calculates and analyzes the construction stages of theplatform during the flood season. It provides theoretical basis for on-site construction, and ensures thesecurity of the platform and the drilling operation proceeded smoothly.
