變角度附著式升降防護平臺設計與應用

摘要:

濟南中央商務區 4-14 地塊項目 1 號主樓東、西立面設計為變角度曲面,整體傾斜角度由下至上逐漸減小,最大傾斜角度為 7.11°.為解決外立面曲面變化導致的外側防護難以實施等施工難題,基于建筑施工用附著式升降作業安全防護平臺概念,設計了一種變角度附著式升降防護平臺,通過改變板式支座支設角度實現架體傾斜角度變化,使防護平臺架體能在傾斜一定角度狀態下正常升降,從而解決變角度曲線形式外立面的施工防護問題。運用有限元軟件 SAP2000 對變角度附著式升降防護平臺在正常使用、惡劣天氣使用及架體升降 3 種不同工況下傾斜角度分別為 0°,7.11°,10°的架體進行整體力學分析并實踐應用。研究結果表明:變角度附著式升降防護平臺架體在 0°,7.11°,10° 3 種角度及 3 種不同工況下的位移值和應力比均隨架體傾斜角度變大而明顯增加,且均處于規范限值內。

The east and west facades of No. 1 tower in plot 4-14 of Jinan Central Business District projectfeature a variable-angle curved design. The overall inclination angle decreases progressively from thebottom to the top,with the maximum inclination angle of 7.11°. To address construction challenges suchas the difficulty in implementing external protection measures caused by this curved facade, a variable-angle attached lifting protection platform is designed based on the concept of the attached lifting safetyprotection platform for building construction. This design utilizes plate-type supports with adjustablesetting angles to alter the inclination angle of the platform frame. This enables the protection platformframe to ascend and descend normallywhile inclined at a specific angle, thereby adapting to theconstruction protection requirements of the variable-angle curved facade. The finite element softwareSAP2000 is employed to conduct a comprehensive mechanical analysis of the platform frame under threedistinct working conditions ( normal use, inclement weather, and lifting) at inclination angles of 0°,7.11°, 10°. Practical application is also carried out. The research results show that both thedisplacement values and stress ratios of the variable-angle attached lifting protection platform frame underthe three angles ( 0°, 7.11°, 10°) and three working conditions significantly increase as the frameinclination angle increases, and all remain within the limits specified by relevant codes.
