陸上風電機組塔筒吊裝施工監測技術

摘要:

隨著陸上風電機組的功率增大,塔筒高度隨之增大,塔筒吊裝施工難度也相應增大。以甘肅省酒泉市肅北縣一處風電場建設為例,重點針對風電塔筒吊裝施工過程中吊裝平臺地基承載力、塔筒輔助起重機抬吊卸車及主輔起重機安裝校核計算進行分析,并針對塔筒吊裝過程中主起重機吊裝性能開展動態監測,有效保障風電塔筒吊裝施工作業安全性和施工精度。

With the increase of the power of the onshore wind turbine, the height of the tower increases,and the difficulty of the tower hoisting construction increases accordingly. Taking the construction of awind farm in Subei County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province as an example, this paper focuses on thefoundation bearing capacity of the hoisting platform, the lifting and unloading of the tower auxiliary craneand the installation and checking calculation of the main and auxiliary cranes during the hoistingconstruction of the wind power tower. The dynamic monitoring of the hoisting performance of the maincrane during the tower hoisting process is carried out,which effectively guarantees the safety andconstruction accuracy of the hoisting construction of the wind power tower.
