雙索面斜拉橋多點支撐轉體系統承力支腿布置形式試驗研究

摘要:

為了研究大跨度轉體施工雙索面斜拉橋多點支撐轉體支腿布置形式對轉體系統受力狀態及轉動平穩性影響,以襄陽市內環線提速改造工程跨襄北編組站大橋為依托,開展 1 ∶10 轉體模型試驗,通過改變試驗模型中承力支腿布置形式,分別對轉體球鉸應力、轉體牽引力及橋梁傾角等參數進行實時測試,分析承力支腿布置對上述參數影響。試驗結果表明:承力支腿增加,球鉸及支腿應力狀態與變幅均有較大改善,轉體平穩性大幅度提升。承力支腿由 4 個增加至 6 個,球鉸應力變幅由 29.6%減至 4.6%,支腿應力變幅由 27.5%減至 15.9%,轉體牽引力變幅由21.0%減至 10.6%,橋梁最大傾角由 0.11°減至 0.03°.

In order to study the influence of multi-point support rotation legs layout of double-cable-stayedbridges with large spans on the stress state and rotational stability of the rotation system, based on thebridge crossing Xiangbei Marshalling Station as part of Xiangyang Inner Ring Road speed improvementand renovation project, a 1 ∶10 rotation model test was carried out. In the rotation model test, real-timetests were carried out on parameters such as the hinge stress of the spherical hinge, the traction force ofthe rotary body and the angle of the bridge by changing the arrangement form of the load-bearing legs inthe test model, and the influence of the arrangement of the load-bearing legs on the above parameters wasanalyzed. The test results show that with the increase of load-bearing legs, the stress state and stressamplitude of spherical hinge and load-bearing legs are greatly improved, and the stability of rotary body isgreatly improved. When the number of load-bearing legs increases from 4 to 6, the stress amplitude of thespherical hinge decreases from 29.6% to 4.6%, the stress amplitude of the legs decreases from 27.5% to15.9%, the traction force amplitude decreases from 21.0% to 10.6%, and the maximum inclinationangle of the bridge decreases from 0.11° to 0.03°.
